Poster Logistics
Posters will be presented during the afternoon sessions on July 1st and July 2nd at the National Academcy of Sciences.
The schedule for poster presentations is presented on the conference website. Please check the schedule to find the day of your presentation. The number listed with your title corresponds to the location of your poster.
The recommended poster size is 36 inches x 24 inches or (3 feet x 2 feet), but any variation within the maximum is acceptable.
Please use the lunch hour or the afternoon coffee break to set up your poster at the assigned numbered space on your assigned day. Pins will be provided at each space. If you have any questions or need assistance on the day of your poster presentation, please ask at the speaker check-in desk.
We highly recommend printing your poster before traveling to Washington, DC.
Contributed Talk Logistics
Contributed talks will be presented in the afternoons on July 1st and 2nd at the National Academcy of Sciences.
Please also check the presenter's name for your paper and let us know if it’s incorrect.
Please take 10 minutes to deliver your talk + 5 minutes for Q&A. We recommend bringing your presentation on your laptop or a USB stick drive. There will be a laptop and connections available in the room.

Best Poster Award
Best Student Paper Award
All accepted papers are considered for either the Best Poster Award or the Best Student Paper Award. There is no additional application or nomination process.
The Best Poster and Student Paper Award Committee is responsible for judging. Winners will be notified in advance and announced at the Awards Ceremony on Wednesday, July 3rd.
